  • Why are your prices of your products cheaper than the flagship stores and the rest of your competitors?

We are able to obtain a better and cheaper rate compare to the flagship stores and our competitors as we purchase our goods from our Italian supplier in bulk orders. In addition, a certain percentage of our goods are considered "off-season" items in Italy. For eg. some of our goods that we brought into Malaysia at the end of 2018 were fashion items of the branded names that was released in Spring 2018.

 

  • Why does some products do not come in the original packaging/box?

We here at Marque De Luxe strive to provide you with the best quality products and services. Unfortunately, at times, our supplier in Italy has a limited supply of boxes and packaging to accommodate the huge variety of products which comes in all shapes and sizes. Larger items like handbags have the tendency to be shipped only with their dustbags.  

 

  • What are your shipping charges?

We are currently offering FREE delivery to all our customers in Peninsular and East Malaysia. We also deliver to our overseas customers at a fixed rate, depending on the location. 

 

  • How long does it take for my shipment to be delivered?

We strive to deliver your product as soon as possible. Currently 1-2 days delivery is available in Penang Island, 2-4 business days in other parts in Malaysia and up to 7 working days for the rest of the world. 

With the recent MCO being implemented in Malaysia, expect a delay of up to 5 extra days for shipment to be delivered. We appreciate your understanding and patience. 

 

  • What delivery partners are you using?

We only use the best of the best. Currently, we are linking up with EasyParcel to provide you with a variety of reliable delivery partners (PosLaju, DHL, Pgeon, etc).
 

  • What payment options do you offer?    

We accept all major credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), debit cards via Paypal, internet bank transfers and the first ever online luxury installment plan via Hoolah.
